Who we are, where we work, and how installation and multi-location programs come together.
Draft Line Solutions is an Owensboro-based commercial draft beverage company providing installation, maintenance, repairs and equipment upgrades throughout Western Kentucky and portions of Southern Indiana.
Draft Line Solutions offers customized preventative maintenance and equipment support programs for restaurant groups, franchise operators and multi-location commercial facilities.
Yes. Draft Line Solutions supports restaurant construction, commercial renovations, concession facilities and other projects requiring specialized draft beverage system installation.
Installation costs depend on the number of taps, equipment selection, dispensing distance, cooling requirements and installation complexity. Draft Line Solutions provides customized estimates based on project requirements.
A direct-draw system dispenses from kegs in a cooler directly behind or below the faucets. A long-draw (remote) system moves beer from a walk-in cooler through an insulated, glycol-chilled trunk line to towers that may be well away from the cooler.
Programs are built around your locations and equipment: scheduled line cleaning, system assessments, equipment inspections, quarterly acid cleaning, troubleshooting, component replacement recommendations and installation support for new locations.
Drawings or a floor plan, the cooler and bar locations, the planned number of faucets, the beverage types and the construction schedule. From there we define the installation scope and coordinate with your other trades.
Draft Line Solutions is based in Owensboro, Kentucky, and serves Owensboro, Henderson, Madisonville, Bowling Green, Hopkinsville, Paducah, Murray, Evansville and surrounding communities. Larger projects outside the regular territory are considered individually.
Keeping the pour right
Line cleaning, foam, troubleshooting, upgrades and specialty beverages.
Excessive foam can be caused by incorrect temperature, dispensing pressure, gas composition, carbonation changes or equipment problems. A complete system evaluation can help identify the cause.
The Brewers Association recommends cleaning draft beer lines at least every 14 days with appropriate alkaline cleaning procedures, and periodic acid cleaning to address mineral deposits and beer stone.
Yes. Maintenance includes documentation and system condition reporting, so owners and managers can see what was cleaned, inspected and recommended at each location.
Beer stone is a mineral deposit (calcium oxalate) that builds up in lines and equipment. Alkaline cleaning alone does not remove it; periodic acid cleaning — the Brewers Association suggests quarterly — helps keep it from accumulating.
Yes. Troubleshooting looks at the whole system — temperature, pressure, gas composition, beverage tubing and equipment condition — regardless of who installed it.
It depends on the condition of the system. Common improvements include stainless steel faucets and couplers, new jumper or trunk lines, gas equipment, glycol cooling components and foam-control devices. An assessment identifies what will make the most difference.
Many specialty beverages dispense well on draft when the equipment suits the product. Beverage-contact materials, temperature, gas (often nitrogen for coffee and wine) and cleaning procedures are selected for each beverage.
